Shipping

1. Stock


All items are normally held in stock. However we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.

2. Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances.

3. Shipping


Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your order from the date it was dispatched.

We ship our vests to Canada using the appropriate “Equestrian Sporting Safety Vest” (or “Motorcycle Sporting Safety Vest”) commodity code, which should provide duty-free shipping for the vests. However, we have no control over Canadian HST for imports to Canada, regardless of purpose.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Billing can be a PO Box but not shipping.

ALSO, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when free shipping is selected. You can request shipping with a required signature for an additional $5 to avoid possible porch burglary.

4. High value orders


Orders over $50 in value may be shipped via special delivery or a courier service for extra security.

5. Non-delivery


You should inform us if you have not received your order within 14 days. We will not be able to follow up any claim for non-delivery placed with us more than 28 days after dispatch.

Returns Policy


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition (air jackets must not have been inflated). Please notify us of the return within 3 business days of receiving your item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by Point Two, will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please contact us so we can arrange this for you. A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns after 14 days from the date you received the item. No returns after 30 days will be accepted.
